INFORMATİON ABOUT THE SYMPOSİUM

  • Official language of the symposium is Turkish, but participants can present their papers in English, French, German, Russian etc.
  • Papers to be presented in the symposium will be sorted out according to their topics and each session will be have coherence in terms of topic.
  • Papers to be submitted can be with or without a presentation. Our symposium halls have the necessary technical capacity for papers with presentations.
  • At the end of the symposium, scholars who have attended the symposium from both Turkey and other countries will make a general evaluation and submit a final declaration.
  • All papers presented in symposium will be published after making the necessary editing
  • The Symposium’s CD and book will be given to all participants who register for the Symposium. Since the CD and the book will be published after the Symposium, both the CD and the book will be mailed to addresses of the participants who had registered.
  • Paper abstracts to be sent for symposium participation should be prepared in Word format (Times New Roman – 12 point font) and should be in rage of 200-400 words including the title. The title should be all capital letters. Author’s name should be placed at the bottom right side of the title and the author’s contact information (university/faculty/college/institute, e-mail, phone number etc.) should be added as footnote.
  • Paper abstracts should be sent to one of the e-mail addresses given in the contact information part of the website.
  • Paper abstracts that are sent will be submitted to the science and advisory board, and in the end of the considerations, the accepted paper abstracts will be announced to their authors via e-mail according to the symposium schedule.
  • The necessary revisions and changes in paper abstracts and titles will be made by their authors as specified by the notifications that are to be sent to them.
  • Participation as audience will be accepted.
  • The transportation and accommodation costs of all our guests who attend the symposium will be covered by Atatürk University. No payment will be demanded from the participants.
  • Participants who had applied, but who will not be able to attend should notify the Symposium Regulatory Board at least 10 days before the start of the Symposium.
  • Participants will be given a participation certificate.
  • The Schedule for the Symposium and related trips will be announced at a later date.
